These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Malivo ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Malivo mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use Malivo, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws

• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Contain hate speech, harassment, or bullying
• Include sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Promote violence, illegal activities, or self-harm

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or modify any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice. However, we are not obligated to monitor all content posted on our platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Services

The Malivo app, including its design, features, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without our express written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your violation of these Terms

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app. Upon termination, we will delete your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or via email. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
